Friends of Rose Canyon sue the city

The more detailed story is over on our website, but the Friends of Rose Canyon will file suit this morning against the city of San Diego for funding a design of the Regents Road Bridge. Their primary complaint (and here’s a PDF copy of it): Doesn’t spending nearly $5 million doing a complete bridge design without an environmental review break the law?
