More about our cover artist this week

Dark Vomit, aka Kelly Hutchinson, is sick and twisted. Personally, I love it. Every time I see our cover this week, I smile. He’s got a painting of Pee-Wee Herman at his home studio that makes me smile, too.
Hutchinson was also the guy behind Fish Out of the Water Art Gallery, a since closed space that showcased strange and interesting art like his. Since closing the gallery’s doors, he maintained his online gallery projects, which you can read about in a story I did for CityBeat here. The most recent online gallery tour is a video game, too, and you can play it here.
