Final winners:

City Attorney: Jan Goldsmith

City Council District 1: Sherri Lightner

City Council District 3: Todd Gloria

City Council District 7: Marti Emerald

The parcel tax to purchase fire equipment failed to reach a 2/3 vote, the port roof prop failed, and the parks funding and the alcohol ban passed.
