The city’s budget cuts cut my volleyball game short last night

That’s right: I just started breaking a sweat last night when the city employees at the Balboa Park Activity Center shut off the lights. “Budget cuts,” said one employee as he walked around the courts making sure everyone knew it was time to get the hell out. I know we all have to tighten belts around San Diego, but, damn, why you gotta mess with my v-ball game?
