CityBeat foodie, Candice Woo, may or may not have something to do with this (shows how much I pay attention), but from 8:30 a.m. until whenever, tomorrow, Jan. 20 (In-aug Day), sip Bloody Marys and watch the swearing in of everyone’s fave president at the Whistle Stop Bar, 2236 Fern St., South Park.
