Kat Von D. at Borders Mission Valley

I can’t decide if Kat Von D. (of TLC’s Miami Ink and L.A. Ink) is really hot, really sleazy or really crazy. After all, she does have a face tattoo. But maybe the mystery is the appeal. Anywhoo, we just got word that Ms. Von D. – the world record holder for most tattoos completed in a 24-hour period – is signing copies of her new book, High Voltage Tattoo at 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2 at Borders Mission Valley, which just so happens to be right down the street from CityBeat‘s offices. Who says nothing interesting happens in this part of town?
