Mr. Combs’ Daily “Obsethssion” #3–Barrio Logan Descubierto
Thanks to pal and predeccessor Kinsee Morlan, I just got hipped to graphic communictions firm Miriello Grafico’s new book, Barrio Logan Descubierto. This book makes me want to go out and buy a coffee table so all the imaginary people that come over my house can check it out while I do my hair and shit.
Seriously though, it’s a gorgeous 60-page celebration of the neighborhood and the artists, restaurants, activists, cafes that make it was of the most authentic burghs in San Diego. The video of the making of Crol and Werc‘s mural is particularly enthralling.
Now, if only someone would offer up a space for these guys to have a book-release party…
