There is another Democrat who has officially filed, and who will be a major force in this race: 31 year old Patrick Finucane.

An engineer and longtime community activist serving on the PB Town Council and League of Conservation Executive Board, Patrick is deeply committed to the needs of the the district.

Don Wall strode through the underground parking garage of San Diego Police Departments central division. Helmet in hand, with riding gloves and attache, he approached his motorcycle. His Beemer Police Special was pricey, but ‘Becca Lou’ was a joy to behold, and riding her was the most fun a man could have with his uniform on.

It took concentracion- total concentration. In his mind, ‘The Donald’ was checklisting. There was always so much to do. San Diego’s too low police officer per citizen ratio- (per capita) made the age old game of cops and robbers a tough chore. The Donald wouldn’t BS you even for a minute.
While putting on his uniform, his first priority was to locate and interdict potential drunk drivers.

KLOP KLOP KLOP KLOP.

His immaculate riding boots resounded in the subterranean parking structure.

When he arrived at his bike, he breathed deeply. Back in the day, it was at this point that he would do Tai Chi. The old IB hippie had caught his ration of crap for that.

Now, he gazed at himself in his bike’s rear view mirror- at himself.

He recited his mantra:

“Its Kung Fu Panda. Theres no secret- its you.”

Eric: Just to add one thing to your story:

I also filed suit against SDDC effectively blocking the $100,000 of taxpayer money that former president, Caroline Smith, was to receive as a golden parachute while Kevin and the mayor sat on their hands.

I don’t rule out filing suit to recover the million dollars of secret bonuses she gave herself and her staff that had no basis in law. But I would be happy to see the city saving me the hassle by doing its job.
