Let it forever be known, that it’s “cojones” not “cajones,” which is Spanish for boxes, wooden crates or furniture drawers. Please correct…unless you meant to say that San Diego State University President Stephen Weber has Z Gallerie-purchased dresser issues.

KOGO-AM 600 welcomes Bob Kittle to the mics on Wednesday night. He was the editorial page editor that was “let go” from the Union-Tribune last week. He’ll host the Top Story talk show on Wednesday from from 6 to 8 p.m.

Maybe he’ll explain why “let go” is in quotes.

Poor Bobby Kittle. City Beat should interview him to learn how he feels about being cornholed by the Union Tribune.

David Rolland should do the right thing: recruit Bowtie Bobby as a City Beat intern.

David should mentor him in the ways of alternative journalism. With proper training, and enough benders with Edwin Decker, Bobby could be ready for a comeback.

Eventually Bobby could get his own City Beat column, maybe titled “San Diego Cornholery.”
