With the departure last week of staff writer Eric Wolff, CityBeat‘s already small editorial staff is down a person at a time when we’re working on a series of special issues: Fall Arts (on the streets tomorrow), Fiction 1o1 (upcoming in October) and Best of San Diego (upcoming in November). Also, Associate Editor Kelly Davis was on vacation last week.
As a result, we’ve been unable to give this blog much attention in the last week or so, and the pickin’s will likely be slim in the next couple of weeks.
But once we replace Wolff, which will be soon, and get these special issues behind us, our blog will be more robust than ever. Thanks for your patience.
