I went over to San Diego High School around 2 p.m. to check out the protest by members of the Westboro Baptist Church. They selected the school because of its supoprt of LGBT students. I counted six protesters: two women, one man and three kids. They’re all related to WBC founder, Fred Phelps. One of our writers, Peter Holslin, was there and he’ll be reporting more about it later on. For now, some images:
