Skeletons in the closet

Today, I received a back-hallway tour of the San Diego Natural History Museum as part of an upcoming feature I’m putting together. Completely unrelated to my subject matter, I also got to take peak at the space where staff are unpacking the upcoming “Dinosaurs: Ancient Fossils, New Discoveries” exhibit.

Workers assemble the life-size models using electric towers (is that the word for it?). The exhibit doesn’t open until March 27, so there’s a lot still boxed up:
That is a worker, not a caveman.

That second photo reminds me of the closing scene from Raiders of The Lost Ark….
