Mr. Horn, tear down that endorsement
On July 11, the North County Times retracted its endorsement of San Diego County Supervisor Bill Horn in an editorial titled: “Enough, It’s time for Horn to go.” The reason: The rancher had ignored county permitting requirements when it came to construction on his own property. Here’s a snippet:
Enough is enough.
San Diego County Supervisor “Wild Bill” Horn’s latest thumbing of his nose at the county’s building permit regulations is too much.
We expressly withdraw the support we offered Horn in the June primary and no longer support Horn for re-election in November to the 5th District seat representing most of North County.
and
It can only be the arrogance of the powerful, who do not believe the rules should apply to them simply because they don’t like them. And that is just plain wrong.
Surely Horn couldn’t have missed the editorial. Yet, the obsolete 0riginal endorsement is still displayed prominently on his campaign site and foremost on his “endorsements” page five days later.
Enough is enough: Mr. Horn, pull down that endorsement right now.

He’s a typical Republican hypocrite. Why would he take it down? Republicans are just as stupid as Democrats and believe the bullshit spoon fed to them by politicians like Horn.
