Photos of New York’s High Line Park
In September, I visited New York City, and the highlight of my trip was High Line Park, an elevated, linear public place created from an abandoned railroad track. You can read about the history of the park here. CityBeat brought up the park in its editorial this week as potential inspiration for the rooftop park that’s part of the plan to expand the San Diego Convention Center. Lo and behold, it turns out the Convention Center Corp. uses a rendering of High Line Park in its outreach presentation.
