Where are the lady mayors?

The City of San Diego’s website has a page where you can browse various “artifacts” from past mayoral administrations—plaques and paperweights and odd-looking vases. Here are the mayoral administrations for which there are archives (screen shot from city website):
No Susan Golding (1992-2000)? No Maureen O’Connor (1986-1992)? What’s up with that? Apparently they do have archives for Golding and O’Connor; they’re just not prominently featured on the front page of the website. Though, maybe they should be, because how awesome is this?

what gives? I believe Hedgecock stepped down in 1985. isn’t the cities info incorrect?
